English Debate Event
We held our traditional debate event with students from our School of Foreign Languages' Compulsory English Program on January 9-10, 2025. In the 7th edition of the event, a new approach was introduced—debate topics were assigned to teams on the event day, giving them a set amount of time to research and prepare their arguments.
We sincerely thank our instructors who contributed to organizing this meaningful activity, which promotes the culture of debate, self-expression, research habits, and self-confidence, while teaching students to respect diverse opinions and understand that not everyone thinks alike. We also extend our gratitude to the students who conducted the debate with respect and courtesy.
