Fulbright Visiting Scholars from the USA

Fulbright English Teaching Assistanship (ETA) Program assigns American scholars to work as English instructors at schools and universities abroad. ETA program aims at improving English language skills of the students at the host country. English Teaching Assistantship (ETA) Program is managed by The Turkish Fulbright Commission and the universities participating in the program. Bartın University is one of the participant universities of the program. In accordance with the protocol dated 17 April 2019, signed between our university and The Turkish Fulbright Commission, each year a new Fulbright scholar teaches in our classes to deliver courses for the improvements of listening and speaking skills of our students at the School of Foreign Languages as of 2019-2020.
