Proficiency Exam for CEPP Classes
Proficiency Exam for the Compulsory Prep Classes (English Language Teaching and Translation Studies only) is held at the beginning of each academic year as written and oral exams.
Within the written part of the exam students’ competence in Listening (while-listening, note- taking), Reading (grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension) and Writing is tested. As for the oral exam, students are expected to speak about the topic given during the allocated time period. In order to succeed in the proficiency exam, students are required to achieve at least 50% of each section (Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking) and 75 points and above in the overall exam.
